Cramlington Sporting Club is a dual use sports facility for both school and community. Opened in 2002 it is located within the grounds of what was then known as Cramlington Community High School. Blyth Valley Arts and Leisure (BVAL) operate Cramlington Sporting Club on behalf of and in partnership with Cramlington Learning Village. BVAL is a charitable trust which was incorporated on the 3rd April 2003 and started trading on 1st December 2004 to manage and operate Blyth Valley Borough Council’s leisure facilities and Arts Development programme.
Cramlington Learning Village has exclusive use of the Cramlington Sporting Club during school term time hours and the wider community can take full advantage of its superb facilities out of school hours.
In 2008 Cramlington became a two-tier system of education and Cramlington Sporting Club became the new venue for Year 7 and Year 8 Physical Education as part of the Junior Learning Village.
Cramlington Sporting Club has a fantastic range of both indoor and outdoor facilities, all of which are available for booking on a casual or block booking basis. It is also home to many local Sports Clubs, all of which are keen to acquire new members. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to help you.
