Following an assessment on Monday, CLV has been awarded the stage 2 certificate for the Investor in Careers Award. Well done to the students in year 9/11/12/13 who were involved in talking to the assessors – they were very impressed with you all!

Well done to the Challenge Wednesday Bookish group who visited Shanklea Primary School to share their favourite picture books with the y1 classes. They really brought the stories to life and developed some excellent activities. Staff at Shanklea were so impressed they want our storytellers to visit every half term!!
Google Education is hitting the road and touring 6 ‘lighthouse’ schools in the UK. Cramlington Learning Village are delighted to have been chosen as one of those 6 schools. Over the Easter break Mr Paterson, Mrs Betham, Miss Wilkinson, Dr Kemp and Miss Shanks took 60 students from Years 8-12 to Alpe d’Huez in the French Alps for a skiing and snow-boarding trip. This incredible experience was enjoyed by all who went, judging from the photos below:
