\"\"We are delighted with our GCSE results this year with 69% of all students achieving the benchmark pass grade in both English and Maths, up two percent on last year\u2019s figure.\u00a0 81% of students achieved a grade 4 or above in English and 75% achieved this standard in Maths.\u00a0 In English almost one quarter of all students achieved a grade 7 or above.<\/p>\n

Two-thirds of students achieved the benchmark of 5 grades of C or above with at least a grade 4 in English and Maths.<\/p>\n

There were some spectacular individual performances with 28 students achieving 8 or more grades of A*\/A\/7\/8\/9.
