Our Yr7 and 8 ‘Arty People’ have been working with local artists, Juliet and Jamie Gutch, and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to design a sculpture, ‘A Murmuring of Starlings’, which has just been installed in Cramlington’s new Emergency Care Centre which opens in June. This week we celebrated The Big Draw with `Drop in and Draw`. We opened up the gallery space in Imagine and students were invited to draw and the walls and floor! We had some wonderful work produced by everyone, inspired the theme by OUR WORLD. Thanks to all that came 🙂
Ellie and her sister Bethan entered a recent annual art, craft and photography competition over the summer in Wales. Both students won prizes. Bathan came highly commended in the under 16`s with a lovely still life photo of some delicious looking cakes and Ellie swept the board with a 1st for a lovely little oil… Read more »
